Local builder digs basement for Habitat for Humanity!

When Jon Huss Custom Homes, Inc. heard Habitat for Humanity was seeking assistance with a home building project, they were more than happy to step up to the plate. With over 20 years experience in the building industry, they new they could help this great cause.
Jon knows every home needs a strong foundation and on Monday, July 23, he and his crew started the construction by breaking ground and donating their time and talent to dig the foundation of the new home. "Habitat for Humanity really appreciates the work Jon Huss has donated. It's quite clear that they understand what we're all about. We are please they have chosen to partner with us to help build a better community, "said John Weyenberg, Executive Director of the Greater Fox Cities Area Habitat for Humanity. "Jon Huss Custom Homes, Inc. supports Habitat for Humanity throughout the year, and this was just another way to contribute to this worth while program," quotes Jon. "Without the support of businesses and the community, these programs wouldn't survive and many people would be without a home to raise their families," Huss continues to say.
Building is a passion of Jon's and being able to help a family own a new home is what drives him to continue being one of the top builders in the Fox Valley area. Jon spearheaded the Fox Valley Gallery of Homes, an annual event promoting builders and new constructed homes, in which ticket proceeds go to the Habitat for Humanity.
